These past few days have been interesting . lol. Saturday night, steph slept over and we watched the little mermaid while playing twister and then it was mucho fun beacuse she's awesome. :P In the morning we had PANCAKES!!
Then sunday, i really didn't do anything, but told that certain someone that i liked him, and well, that was interestingly embarrassing for me. BUT its all good because i'm glad I got a chance to let him know and get it out.
Then today was monday and have a bunch of homework and whatnot.

can't wait until thxgiving break!

Woo what a day it was yesterday. Let me start off by saying how great band is. Band is great!

We got to the high school at 11:30 for rehearsal and then left for Scranton , PA for championships. We had coach busses which were amazing but so friggin crowded . every seat in our bus was taken. lol. So it was cramped. But so good. Bus ride was about 2.5 hours and guess who i sat with? mystery man. So that was amazing by itself and it was loads of fun because of the "Would you Rather" book he brought .So good. Before you knew it , we were there. It took about 2.5 hours or whatever to get there. I had on longjohns, and 2 pairs of sweatpants, two pairs of socks, (for the top,) i had on underarmer, thermals , a long sleeved shirt, and my band shirt. And i felt good. On the way up, me and mystery man were playing with the snowbear thing that is named Snowflake, so good. oh baby. haha. and then we held hands...sigh. lol :-) hand holding is the best.

It was not really that cold when we got there i didn't think. We ate food that the band parents had. A huge grilled food and other yummy thingers. Then we got changed into our uniforms and went to the stadium to check it out. When we got there it was i forget who was going on, but after them it was Williamstown. And we were like "yay williamstown!" And they're probably thinking , "damn they're not even warming up yet because they go on so late. Wow we suck" So then we went back to our area and warmed up. Then we were all having major instrument problems. Like with courtney, chole, becca, tom's clarinets were all being wack. And then chelsea dropped her baritone and something happened with steve's mellophone. Oy vay. lol

Soon it was time to go on. We marched out onto the field, savoring, and getting used to the astroturf that was ice in some places. NOT fun at all. We all slipped/fell at least once. I know I did! But i didn't fall. But there was really nothing we could do about it. Marching on ice is not as easy as it may look . haha! Al was really getting into our performace. I heard him a lot on the dvd that my mom bought. :) LIke woooooooooo!!!! and aaaaaaaah!!!! every second. haha. When Al and Kershaw says that our performace was excellent then it was . I don't think i personally had my best performance, because I couldn't get any sound out some of the times but, what are you gonna do , right?

After our performance, we went to get pictures and whatever. Then went back to the bus to put our instruments away and got some hats and gloves. But didn't get out of uniform. And went into the box for a while and then went down to where we were outside for awards.

....In tenth place. with a score of 89.40 , shikellamy. 9th place...Thomas Edison, 8th place...Parkside! 7th place...this starts to get intense...BRICK memorial!! screams ! In 6th place...with a score of 93.3....West Deptford!!!!! In 5th place with a score of 93.4 (god damn them 10th of a point) Haverford. 4th- Governor Livingston, 3rd- Susquehanna Twp, 2nd place...get ready for this. MIDDLE TWP. hahahahahaha in yo face! haha. In 1st place with a score of 96.95. Pocono Mountain West!

Then we all were happy times 10000 that we jumped 12 places from last year .:-D and some people were crying and then some people like kershaw, andrew, ryan, and megan made little speeches that were good and made people cry more.

Then we went back to the busses and got changed and stuff then settled back down in our seats . We watched our performance and watched people fall. kind of cool. lol. We saw the big layer of ice across the field. Good stuff. And we saw our band kick ass. :-) Finally the lights went off and mystery man and i were snuggling and if you want details then IM me since i am lazy and don't feel like typing it all. But it was good stuff..

The whole night was good. SO GOOOOOD. It was incredible. I <3 band but i"m glad it is over for the season now.

OH man, last night was one of the best nights of my LIFE. It was incredible. Starting off with surprising Desi and seeing her face. that was priceless because she was so surprised. =-o. haha, yeah and then so we went out back and had ORGY fun on the trampoline because we all tramps. haha. after a while we went inside, presents and whatnot then me, wes and I went back outside on the porch and were around the fire thingy. haha. then we went back on the trampoline because everyone that was on there now, was just all laying there. so that was fun. ::sigh:: pretty stars. lol i SO did not want to leave i was so comfortable even though my back was killing me. haha.

now I have band from 9-1! yay! haha

Yeah, so Clay's album and book comes out November 16th which means you all have to buy it or else you are greatly missing out on amazingness.

Yes. So there is no school for the next 4 days and I am so0o0o happy!! But that still means band band band and preperation for kicking asses. yup.

havent updated in a while...
hm band's good , first place in the past 2 competitions..school is bleh.
chunking is evil. mr harshaw's expressions are pretty funny. hm. mrs sexauer loves the band. miss fitz is funny and hard. yeah that's about it.
i still love clay. haha :)
speaking of which, his book comes out in about a month as well as his christmas cd!

which you should buy both of them. mhm.

WOW. So yesterday, saturday, my mom randomly , spur of the moment sort of thing, bought 2 tix to see Clay that same day in Clearfield, PA which is 4 point 5 hours away. So we packed our things and went at 12:30. And then we stayed overnight. lol. How crazy are we? you can say it . I AM CRAZY.

-10:30 AM Bought tix to Clearfield County Fair

- Left NJ at 12:30 and got gas

- Got to ramada Inn at about 4:30

-Checked in. Went to our room but saw "claymates" outside 1st and they asked us if we were claymates! Chatted w/them for a bit

-Went to the Dutch Pantry for dinner where we saw even more claymates! They were wearing homemade shirts. :)

- Went to venue/fair at around 7:00 and got our tickets at the box office.

-Yeah, so we saw Jerome with people auditioning for him. He brushed up against me .haha. He's really big . Prolly 6'7 or so. He's really nice.

-We went to our seats which were in the grandstand 4 rows from the top. But were really good!! We were dead center too!

-Then these 2 older folks came and sat next to us and we were like "Oh great. 2 old local fogies with their farmer hats on just coming to the show because its close. " Boy were we WRONG! This was their 4th concert from just the SUMmer! Then he turned to my mom and said "you're going to stand the whole time arent you? Because we are!" And we started talking. He knows where my mom grew up beacuse he was a realistate agent in virginia where they live now!! Annandale VA. They're going to Ohio next. THeir names are Jean and Ron. And we took their pic because they were so much fun! :-) They were prolly around 65-70 yrs old.

-Cherie sang to warm us up. 7 songs. she was pretty good. :-)

- Clay came out with Where the Streets have No Name! Good stuffff. our screams were deafening.

-Then went right into Perfect Day which i was singing along. (like always) It was so good

- During When You Say You Love Me, he had a dancer from the audience and told her to dance with the bass guitarist . She was doing the bump n grind. It was reallly funny. Clay's reaction was hilarious tooo. Showed a clip of the bass player dancing on the buss. good stuff.

- A girl came up forWithout You and she was really good!! LIke really good. Clay was like "She was pretty good!! She added some flourishes that even you didnt do, Quianna! Maybe we should replace you! (giggles) " Girl was from Englewood NJ. Then he asked who's from Nj and we screamed with like 3 other people. haha. Then who's from PA! Everyone screams.haha.

-He was talking about the Clay Aiken thong to either angela or quianna. "Are you wearing your- " "Well she was 7 thongs for everyday of the week!" A lady in the crowd had a sign that said something like "I'm wearing the clayaiken thong"

-During This is the Night he changed it up a bit and it was sooo good. And during You Were there he whispered "dark" and my mom was like "Oh God" And jessica heard it on the other line and laughed beacuse she couldnt be there so i called her :)

-After the concert, we went down to where the stage was and we met Jacob!!!! And got a picture of him with me! Yay!! And we put jessica on the phone w/him and we were like shes the one who paid for the toll in DE! And he's like "you paid for our toll? How beautiful. I"m cryin . Hold on a minute. Okay I'm done. (and laughed)" haha. He 's so sweet :)

-Quianna was trying to get to her bus but she was going to the wrong one so she was like less than one foot away from me. and i barley recognized her! haha.

-Then Angela and jacob were inthe bus waving when they left telling us to sing WYSYLM. So awesome :)

That was our crazy night!

I gave StripedShirts a cellcert and she said that the connection was great! So i'm glad
I left camp early(i work at a day camp). And Then my mom and I drove to my friend's house in DE. We met her, her mom, and 2 other ladies there. Her mom was trying to get rid of an extra ticket for like 2 weeks and that day, she was going into a happy harry's and mentioned something about Clay. And she was like "Oh I would do ANYTHING if I could have gotten a ticket." And vwahala! So she came with us too and was really cool!!
So we got to the fair and it was raining a lot. So we put on the ponchos. We bought food and stuff and then bought the merchandise. Thank god that was undercover!! I bought the pink babydoll tee a poster and a program. Good stuff.

Around 8ish we stop by PennyLane and meet Shenandoah!! and she was really nice!!!! Then we find our seats in the rain ..fun stuff let me tell ya :-D And we 're in the 11th row center. IT WAS AWESOME SEATS. Just WOW. Before everything starts, there were a few girls behind us. And she was like "I was offered to go backstage ,but i don't know if i really want to.." She wasn't even a FAN!. She was just going because her brother worked there. And she was in the 12th row. I just hate it when people who are really fans get jipped and are way in the back .But what are you gonna do?
So Cherie begins and she sounds pretty good. But we all just wanted to see Clay..So around 9:15ish?? He COMES OUT and the drenched crowd goes WILD!!!
It's sooo funny becuase i never really realized, and never did he, that so many of his songs had the word "rain" in it. SO good. And he made mention of that. For sure. My mom started crying when he saw him for the first time. I kind of did too. It was justs so amazing. sigh. So close yet so far away.
So then he does a couple of amazing songs. and during the JTSet. .-
During Quiana's song i think, when she sings something like "nobody but a girl like me" Clay sings that too!!!!! I don't know if he always does but they started LAUGHING at the end of that song. hahaha.
During You Were There. That song was just amazing. WAY Better than all the other versions i heard on the internet. Just WOWWOWOW. My mom cried, my friend Jessica cried. I had tears..mixed with rain . It was just amazing.
During Invisible, the crowd was AWESOME everone was standing up. Singing along . Even the tall guy in front of my mom. (There was a guy and his g/f or wife standing next to us who were huge Clay fans . He was like "OH how i wish he would sing BOTW. He was so cute when he was singing along. ) Also Clay jumped off the stage and yeah. The crowd rawred. At one time when he was wearing the lt blue shirt. I could see his undershirt wide and clear.

So afterwords, it's still raining of course but by now nobody cares. We were waiting for Clay to come out for about would you say 40 minutes? The security people kept telling us he wasn't coming out he wasn't coming out, but we kept being there. Finally, the security person starts to call someone. Saying that we wouldn't leave. But oh well. So we left. With no Clayvisitation..But that's not the end of him, mind you.

So we're driving along the highway, just talking about the great night and playing the CD in the car and then we realize that we're driving RIGHT BEHIND HIS TOUR BUS!!! Jessica's like " Amy.. what's that in front of us?" And i'm like "omg!! that's CLAY!!!" So we go next to the bus and try and see anything, i just see a tv on and some stuffed animals. Good stuff. We go by the next bus and do the same thing. And same thing. So then the busses are way behind us. So we pull over and wait for them
THEN the best part. A toll is coming. So we make sure we're in the same lane as the bus and
Jessica: Hey I'd like to pay for me and the bus behind us. How much do you think that'll cost?
Guy: 2 dollars
Jessica: OKay , this is for me, and this is for Clay Aiken's tour bus!! Tell him we said Hi!!!"
Guy: giggles and says Okay.

So yes, we paid for Clayaiken's tour bus. wee!!!!!!

So then i got home around 1:30 and i'm typing this right now and have to leave in about 5 minutes! squeal!!

Yeah , so today was camp and that was lovely. BUT i wanna get to the good stuff of the day :) :)

Jessica called today and was like " Yeah so I havent talked to Eileen in about a month about anything Clay related, so today, i really need to talk to her about the backstage passes deal. So. She asked her, and Eileen started laughing. lol. And that Jessica would do anything for her forever if she could get her the passes. (Eileen's dad is on the board for the state fair that clay's gonna be at). So Eileen said that she'll talk to her dad tonight. !! And that her dad will find us at the concert and either say 'hi' or say 'hi' and give us backstage passes. OMG. I don't wanna get my hopes up. BUT omg. i dont know what i would do if i would meet him. Probably act all shy and blush like WHOA times a million thousand billion. Yeah. IT'S IN 8 DAYS!. I have to calm down. But i cant becaues. Well. the seats are close. and he will be in my premises. we will be breathing the same air for goddsake. haha. All i have to say is that it better not rain. since it's outdoors. I'm gonna go die now :-) I'm such a little teeny bopper. haha oh well :-P

Kelly lavoice rocks my socks and she is amazing times infinity because i said so and if you have a problem with her then you'll have to face ME. Because i'm just that scary :P. Only 5 more weeks left of camp! haha. woo!
And only 10 days left until the CLAY AIKEN CONCERT! kelly knows about my intense obsession ;).
I boughta tank and red shorts for the concert. and i'm going to iron on C L A Y on the butt. wooo. and stuff on the shirt. yah. its gonna be hot. just like him. :D

Okay so first the good news!
On Sunday I'm going to being doing a 6 miles walk which is good because its for a GOOD CAUSE and I'll be exersicing and its good to do that. Yes. It is. The awesome Laura will be there too and some other rad people. (i just used the word rad... haha)

Now the better news!
My friend Jessica, she lives in Delaware, and as we know, Clay will be in Delaware on July 27th for their state fair. Well, in order to get the presale, you have to live in DE. and get this thing in the mail. Well, Jessica received that in the mail. She told me that she goes to the concerts every year.
So last night, she called me and told me that she has CONNECTIONS. Yes. CONNECTIONS. That will probably get us into the first 10 rows. Yes. I'll repeat that. THE FIRST 10 ROWS. ::dies::. And maybe if we're extremely lucky with her knowings then maybe. just maybe might get backstage passes....Now i doubt this because i've been known to have very bad luck. And nothing good ever happens to me. But I can always hope! I wont hope too much because i dont want to get my hopes up. BUT I WILL BE SEEING CLAY AIKEN......When she told me, it didnt really hit me that we're sitting in the first 10 rows..but now...

IT HIT ME. LIKE A BRICK WALL. AND I'M DEAD...

Nah. not really...

Eric was in the semi finals today and played against Kehoe. He lost 7-6 7-6 BOTH tie breaker sets. but he won the consolation 3rd place match. :) (6-1 6-1) i think. But anyway, yeah. GOod job Eric!! :D

Well, today Eric is in a tennis tournament. the gloucester county one. So far, he won 2 of his 3 matches today, and if he wins the 3rd one, he'll be in the semifinals tomorrow. woo hoo.
Clay is coming to Delaware for their state fair on July 27th and my friend lives there , so she might be able to get my mom and I seats! ::crosses fingers::. July 27th was when he came to Philly last year! So good.
Hm..nothing much has been going on, but I might be going shopping tonight with my mom because my shorts from last year don't fit me. lol.
Hm. i guess that's all.

Today is april sometihng and its the first day back from spring break. or back from a loooong time..for me. becausei was sick. but anyway. .

Kershaw is going to give us the opener for MARCHING BAND TOMORROW! <<That is definitlely the hottest emoticon ever.

I can't wait until summer and marching band. summer + marching band = TOTAL EVERYTHING
